Science and Technology has considerable experience in collaborating with public and private companies. The faculty aims to be the business sector’s preferred academic collaborative partner, and to educate the preferred employees of the future.

There are many ways to organise collaborations with Science and Technology, ranging from student collaborations that are typically six months in duration to long-term strategic partnerships.

Public sector consultancy

Public sector consultancy includes all the types of tasks that Science and Technology carries out for ministries, government agencies and other public authorities such as municipalities and regions, as well as international institutions.

Research-based public sector consultancy at Science and Technology mainly targets the agriculture and food sectors, as well as the environmental sector. Public sector consultancy is provided by two national centres: DCA – Danish Centre for Food and Agriculture, and DCE – Danish Centre for Environment and Energy.
